Non-edible items purchased from ila-shop.co may be returned for a store credit only, within 14 days of order delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue with no exception
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns.
All edible items are non-refundable.
