When will I Receive my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship them to you via UPS. All in all, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to process and receive. If an order is placed by 10:30 am EST, it will ship out on the same business day.

 

Can I get my order expedited?

Yes. We offer expedited shipping at checkout. Our expedited shipping is handled through UPS and pricing is available at checkout. If an order is placed after the 10:30 AM cutoff and would like rush, please email us at [email protected]

What is your shipping service?

ILĀ ships all domestic orders via UPS, Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout.

A confirmation email along with shipment tracking will be sent with the details of the order.

Your Shipping rates seem hight, why is that?

Our products are enclosed in all glass vessels, and are quite heavy. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to your doorstop to ensure safe arrival and hence shipping may be slightly higher than one might expect.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using USPS First Class International, prices are available at checkout.

Please be aware international orders generally take 6-12  business days. All sales are final - returns are not accepted. Please be aware international orders generally take 6-12 business days. All sales are final. ILĀ is not responsible for any import fees, taxes VATs or any other custom fees should your package be processed by Customs. 

Be aware if customs does process your shipment you may experience delays. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs fees you will be charged for outgoing and incoming shipping fees as well as the refusal charges.
